If you’re a fan of eggs, the cooked breakfast here is a must-try, legendary in its culinary execution! Plus, the staff were lovely, and the proximity to awesome eateries like Chez Bejgueni just a stone's throw away made it all the sweeter.
While the bathroom tap is a bit too small for the sink (leaky mess! ), I loved the clean factor and daily housekeeping. Also, the double bed was just two singles together, and the view from the apartment could be better, but it still had its charm.

A balance of wins and fails
The staff provided excellent service! Muhammad Yusuf especially made my kids’ experience fantastic.
Room cleanliness was sometimes overlooked. breakfast options didn’t meet expectations.

Our initial apartment was poorly arranged for a group of six, with only one double bed and narrow sofas lacking bedding and pillows. Trying to resolve this was exhausting as the night staff were dismissive and unhelpful, leaving us uncomfortable for the night. Although we received a better room in the morning, it still lacked basic kitchen amenities and cleanliness, which was disappointing.

the appartment was a disaster. after much hassle, I got a room with a dirty kitchenette, but no dishes—how woudl I cook? the breakfast staff were great, though! I was almost ready to praise them until I realized I didn't get an upgrade for all the trouble, very disappointed.

The apartment was spacious and perfect for our large family, providing a comfortable stay while being equipped for our needs. The daily housekeeping was top-notch, and we enjoyed leisurely time by the pool. My kids especially loved the fruit basket waiting for us upon arrival!
My wife says that the kitchen could use more utensils for families.

Not ideal for seasoned travelers
The location is fantastic! Only a short ride to the Medina, made exploring easy. The staff welcomed us with mint tea and biscuits, a nice touch, but that was the highlight. Kids loved it, but they’ll be disappointed.
It wasn’t cheap, but it was still manageable after seeing the state of the hotel.
